Henry Olonga (November 2011 On 20 November 2011, Henry Olonga, the Zimbabwaen ex-international cricketer, was in Westbourne, Bournemouth. He came to speak at WIC, giving his testimony and inviting others to follow Jesus. Here is a video of his talk.Tina's Retirement (July 2011) After many, many years serving and helping international students, Tina officially retired from being a WIC co-worker on 10 July 2011. Here are some videos that were taken at her WIC retirement service, including her Bible talk. 50 people sent emails to thank Tina - you can read them here.

Jin's Testimony and Baptism (January 2012) On 1 January 2012, Yoon Man's elder son, Jin, was baptised during the evening service at Lansdowne Baptist Church, which is the church that Yoon Man's family attend. Jin attends WIC when he can - he is studying medicine in London. Here are two videos. In the first, Jin gives his testimony (tells how he became a Christian). In the second, Tina reads Jin some Bible verses to remind him of his baptism, and the baptism is shown immediately after. Antoine (October 2011) Antoine gave his testimony (told us how he became a Christian) at WIC on 30 October 2011, during an interview with Mark. Antoine works for Friends International as a "Reach" volunteer.
ChaCha (February 2007) ChaCha was a Korean language student in Westbourne. This is a video of him giving his testimony (telling us how he became a Christian) at Christ Church, Westbourne.

WIC's 8th Anniversary (December 2010) WIC celebrated its 8th Anniversary on 5 December 2010. Here are 4 short videos showing scenes from (1) the lunch we all enjoyed (2) the first part of the service (3) the Bible talk and (4) the closing part of the service.Ben in Romania (June 2010) Ben helps at WIC while he goes to Moorlands Bible College. He and several other Moorlands students went to Romania as part of their course. Here he shows photos of the visit while telling WIC about it.

Nhi (December 2010) Nhi was interviewed by Mark at WIC's 8th Anniversary on 5 December 2010.Liew and Jude (October 2010) In July 2010, Liew and Jude went to America to meet colleagues and visit churches who are working with the Mien People. They have produced a short video of the visit to show some of the things they did.

Sara (July 2010) Sara played flute and sang in the WIC worship group during her time with us. Here, she is interviewed by Yoon Man at her last WIC service before returning to Germany.
New Word Alive (April 2010) In April 2010, Hyun Ju, Ruby and Yoon Seon went to the New Word Alive Christian conference in Pwllheli, north Wales. Val interviewed them about the conference at a WIC service after they came back.

Korean Blessing (December 2010) At WIC's 8th Anniversary on 5 December 2010, Yoon Man led the Korean students in singing a Korean Blessing song. Val joined them as an "honorary" Korean for the occasion - and despite what she says at the beginning, she didn't miss a word! The students were (left to right) Mira, Min Soo, Joo An, Se Woon , Sang Won and Kwan Sik. The keyboard was played by Miran."The Power Of The Cross" (October 2009) At her last WIC before going to university in Wales, Jong Lan sang "The Power Of The Cross", accompanied by Andy on keyboard and backing vocals. The song was written and composed by Keith Getty and Stuart Townend.
"Father God" and "Abba, Father" (October 2009) The WIC worship group sang "Father God" and "Abba Father". The worship group was Andy (guitar and vocals), Jong Lan (keyboard) and singers (left to right) Ju Yeon, Hyun Ju, Yoo Jin and Yeon Seon.
Korean Blessing (November 2008) Jong Lan, Hwa Young, Song Hee and Zia sang a Korean Blessing (with Joseph Kim on keyboard and Andy Mortimer on guitar).

Yut at Lunar New Year (January 2012) After the WIC service on the 22 January 2012, we had some games. One of them was Yut (or Yunnori). This short video shows what happened!"Scrooge - Sort Of!" (December 2010) WIC and Wellspring students performed "Scrooge - Sort Of!", specially written for the Friends International South Wessex Christmas Party on 9 December 2010.
Those taking part: Dan was Scrooge, Wilmer played Bob Cratchit, Nhi, Alexander and Se Eun were The Christmas Spirits, Joo An played Bob Marley and The Boy, and a special guest (unnamed due to his age) was a wonderful Tiny Tim. Sang Won introduced and closed the performance. Many thanks to Honor and Pam for the props. Pam also wrote, directed and produced the play, which was videoed and edited by Derek.
"Snow White and the 7 Students" (December 2009) WIC and Wellspring students performed the pantomime "Snow White and the 7 Students", specially written for the Friends International South Wessex Area Christmas Party, after the WIC anniversary service on 6 December 2009.
Those taking part: Soo Hee as Snow White, Deuk Eun as the Prince, Andy as the Queen, Dan as the servant, Pamela as the mirror, Hyeon Ju as the announcer, while Chul Hee, Yoon Seon, You Jin, Hyeon Ju, Jun Hee and Dong Kyu played the students. Many thanks to Seok Won, who projected the graphics, did the sound effects and recorded the sound track, Peter who recorded the video, and Pam who wrote the script, directed and produced the pantomime.
Korean Flute (December 2009) At the WIC 7th Anniversary service, Muh Wan played a traditional Korean flute for us. This video shows him introducing and playing one of the pieces of music.
Four Christmas Songs (December 2008) WIC and Wellspring provided some entertainment at the Friends International South Wessex Area Party on 5 December 2008 at The Hub. Here are some videos of the entertainment.
