WIC welcomes everyone in the name of Jesus Christ.

We pray that God will use this web site to help international students in Bournemouth and Poole to know who Jesus Christ is and what He has done for people all over the world. We hope that everyone who visits the web site will be blessed by the love of God.

The International Community

WIC is a mission programme of West Cliff Baptist Church, and it meets in the church building on Poole Road, Westbourne. The activities are in English for international students, to help you with the language.

Sunday Meeting

We meet each Sunday at 13:15 for food, followed by a time which includes a Bible talk and prayer. We finish at about 15:15 with drinks, etc (the full details are here):

The Bible Talks are available online, so you can listen on-line or download them. The prayers are also available online. New ones are added frequently, so keep looking there!

The Other Activities

There are three activities in Westbourne for international students to listen to and practice speaking English. One of these is WIC on Sundays. The other one each week is Wellspring Chillout on Thursdays. In addition, there is a Bible Study Group once a week for 3 or 4 weeks, with a break before the next one. These three activities work together, and you will see many of the same leaders at the different activities.
